Glenn Beck, Israel and the Mormons

Radio and television talk show host Glenn Beck has many hoodwinked, at least in the realm of politics. Appealing to the conservative sentiments of evangelicals and national pride he uses Christian words that speak of God and country. The question however is, which God? He is a poster boy for the Mormon Church who has shared publicly of his "faith" and is even found on Youtube trying to prove the Book of Mormon. In spite of all this he was invited to speak at Liberty University's Commencement in 2010 (one of America's largest Christian universities). They downplayed his Mormonism by claiming to look for things that unite us. I guess being an American is all it takes, never mind that Mormonism teaches that Jesus is the spirit brother of Lucifer and their god lives near a star named Kolob. The Mormon prophet is still recorded in their "scripture" as claiming that all other creeds are an abomination and their professors are all corrupt. Sounds like we have a lot in common. If Beck cannot see the problem with Mormonism why should he be trusted with anything requiring critical analysis of facts.
Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) even covered Glenn Beck's Restoring Courage rally in Caesarea, Israel. Rather strange that a "Trinity" company would get anywhere near a spokesman for the Mormon cult, while Beck is quick to use Israel as a means to gain support among evangelicals. We must remember however that the Mormons have an extension of BYU in Jerusalem, so they have a vested interest there. The Marriott's (Mormons) have a hotel in Jedda, the gateway for Muslims on their annual trip to Mecca for the haj. So, the Mormons have no shame, they will use the Arabs as well as the Jews for the sake of building their empire. A book of Mormon is placed in every room of the Marriott hotels, but probably not in Jedda where only the Quran is allowed.

For some people all one needs to classify as a Christian is to carry money that claims "in God we trust", never mind that many of those dead presidents portrayed on our bills were no more Christian than Glenn Beck. They could quote the party line while attending the Masonic lodge, or in the case of some, the Unitarian Church. It is rather odd why David Barton (Wallbuilders) would tour on speaking engagements with Beck as though they stood for the same gospel. Then, we have Mike Evans, the chairman of the Corrie Ten Boom center in Israel, and John Hagee speaking with Beck as well. The bible clearly teaches that those who teach a gospel contrary to that of Scripture are not of God. (Galatians 1:6-9, 2 John 9-11

Must we be reminded that the devil believes in both God and Jesus Christ but he certainly is not submitted to the authority of Christ as Lord. (James 2:19, Acts 19:15)
Mormons often refer to themselves as Israel.
